RELAXING MASSAGE
Relaxation massage: This type of Chinese massage is strictly for the purpose of rest and relaxation. This is not designed for therapeutic effects or for dealing with chronic pain or discomfort. This therapy helps in improving circulation, range of movement, relief minor muscle pains, and promotes overall relaxation.
Chinese massage is an ancient healing technique which helps you in relieving all these stress related problems. Mainly Chinese massage involves the manipulation of the soft tissue structures of your body to prevent pain, illness, discomfort, etc.
Chinese massage is a system of stroking, pressing, and kneading different areas of the body to relieve any illness.
Deep issue Massage
Chinese Massage(Tuina)a is primarily focused on the meridians and points where qi gathers and can be easily manipulated.
Chinese Massage(Tuina) for specific health problems is based on a full case history using the four examinations to identify a complaint, an underlying pattern and treatment principles. This full logical analysis is what gives Tuina its power and raises it above other systems of massage. Based on the treatment principles specific techniques are combined to treat the presenting complaint and underlying pattern.
Neck pain and shoulder stiffness are very common problems—so common, in fact, that the expression "a pain in the neck", is an often-used figure of speech.
Neck pain and shoulder stiffness can have a variety of causes, with continuous mechanical strain, constant stress, and trauma being the most frequently cited. Keeping your head in an awkward position can cause your neck muscles to fatigue, circulation in the tissues to diminish, and the joints to "lock" in place. This is a very common occurrence in office workers who sit in front of a computer and type for extensive periods of time. Trauma can cause a "whiplash" syndrome, with the muscles in your neck going into permanent massagesm and causing pain and a limited range of motion. Acupuncture and acupressure or tui-na are very effective in treating neck pain caused by whiplash.
Constant stress is also a common factor in neck/shoulder stiffness and pain. Being under constant stress causes the sympathetic nervous system to become hypersensitive, like always being in the "flight or fight" mode. As many of us tend to "hold" much of our stress in the upper body, neck and shoulders, this can cause constant muscle massagesm, a corresponding lack of circulation and nutrition to the tissues, leading to neck and shoulder pain and stiffness.
Reflexology is based on the Chinese principle that certain areas on the soles of your feet or hands – known as reflex zones – containing millions of nerve endings, correspond to other parts of the body.
Around 5,000 years ago, Chinese therapists were massaging hands and feet applying pressure to certain points to stimulate organs, nerve endings and energy pathways to promote health.

Wonderfully fulfilling four hand massage makes your body muscle quickly less tense and flow of your body circulation makes this massage one of the best available by us.
Having the devoted attention of two highly skilled massage therapists aim on you is a rare treat and one that you should experience at least one time.
With two pairs of hands working on you the extra sensory input is wonderful experience.
The long flowing strokes of Chinese traditional massage are pretty wonderful to begin with, but if you have two pair of hands, one flowing up each side of your body - sometimes synchronised, sometimes alternating - you really do feel totally and utterly pampered.
What Is Acupuncture Used For?
Because the goal of acupuncture is to promote and restore the balance of energy, which flows throughout the body, the benefits of acupuncture can extend to a wide variety of conditions, from emotional disorders (anxiety, depression) to digestive complaints (nausea, vomiting, irritable bowel syndrome). It can be beneficial for pain syndromes due to an injury or associated with chronic degenerative diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis. It can also be helpful in treating neurological problems like migraines or Parkinson’s disease, or as a rehabilitation strategy for individuals who suffered a stroke. Respiratory conditions, including sinusitis and asthma have been relieved with acupuncture, as have many gynecologic disorders and infertility. Acupuncture has also proved beneficial for reducing fatigue and addictions, and for promoting overall well-being.
Swedish massage is the most common and best-known type of massage in the West.
If it's your first time at the massage or you don't get massage very often, Swedish massage is the perfect massage for you.
If you want deeper work and can tolerate more pressure, even momentary discomfort, to get relief from muscle pain, it's better to book a deep tissue massage, which is another form of Swedish massage.
Could massage help my aching back?
Scientists have recently done studies suggesting that it might. A study in the Archives of Internal Medicine showed that massage substantially relieved lower back pain over the long term for people who suffered moderately severe chronic pain. After an hour of massage once a week for 10 weeks, participants in the study found their pain levels had dropped dramatically -- by nearly 50 percent. With the reduction of pain, participants also improved their ability to carry out daily tasks by about 50 percent. A 2008 review of 13 studies found that massage may be beneficial for low back pain, especially when combined with exercises and education.
How could massage help relieve back pain?
There are many theories as to how massage works. The use of therapeutic massage dates back thousands of years to ancient cultures in China, India, and Japan when practitioners used forms of massage to promote well-being. However, it's only recently that Western scientists have done research suggesting that massage can ease lower back pain. According to one study, massage induces mental and physical relaxation and increases the level of pain you can tolerate by releasing endorphins, the body's natural painkillers.
